In order to keep it exotic we decided to transcribe it without trying to make it more easy to understand. 

SEB WOOd : could you introduce yourselves ?

Seiji (guitar, vocals) : aaaaaaahhhhhhh.... Seiji. Hi. How are you ? (laughs)

Toru (drums) : Toru, Drum Wolf

Billy (bass) : I'm Billy, comment allez-vous ? (laughs)

Barbara H : Do you like being on tour ?

B : uh uh, oui

BH : Do you spend a lot of time touring ?

S : ah, half...

BH : are you very popular in Japan ?

S : so-so

B : like Sophie Marceau (laughs)

SW : Do you think leather is a big rock n' roll thing ?

S : no, we are homosexual (laughs)

BH : Which was the best place you've been to on tour ?

S : Holland sure is great

T: Rotterdam

S: and last night too

BH: Where did you play last night ?

S: Angoulême

SW: How did matador hear of you ?

S: they called me

BH: did you send them a demo ?

S: no, they called me

BH: do you know how they first heard of you ?

S: no, I've never known label matador. Matador ? Spanish ? (laughs)

Horace de Tupolev : You acted in a movie and I wanted to know what it was exactly...

S: Which film ?

HdT: In how many films did you act ?

S: two, one is title Sore Loser, from, Memphis and the other one is Wild Zero

SW: have you directed  it or did you just play in it ? did you write the story ?

S: ahhhhhhhh... it's just Guitar Wolf and bam! bam! bam! bam! bam!

HdT & BH: what is it about ? the story...

S: ahh, UFO. UFO come to earth, make zombies

SW: do you play a zombie ?

S: no

BH: do you save the world ?

T (shyly): yeah (laughs)

HdT: do you know if it's possible to get the movies here in Europe ?

S: Japan and USA, maybe next month Wild Zero dvd and video coming out, so maybe you can watch

HdT: and the other film, what is it about ?

S: ah, Sore Loser. Do you know Oblivions from Memphis ? Jack Oblivion plays in the movie

BH & HdT : oh yes, the Oblivions.

S: So, we men in black in the movie.

BH: there are UFO too in this movie ?

S: yeahyeahyeah (laughs) Jack is alien

HdT: So you fight zombies in this movie ?

S: no

HdT: just aliens.

BH: Where does the UFO fascination come from ?

HdT: I heard that aliens kidnapped you ?

S: maybe

manager (pointing to Seiji's neck) : there's chip (laughs)

S: yeah maybe

SW: do you plan to act in other films ?

S: if just guitar wolf in the movie, no problem.

HdT: do you want to act alone in other films ?

S: I don't want to be actor, just...

SW: just in horror films

S: yeahyeah

SW: do you think Joan Jett should play in a zombie movie ? would you like to see Joan Jett play in a zombie movie ?

S: yeahyeah, sure

BH: what were the first rock bands you listened to when you were a kid ?

S: Bay City Rollers

T: Rolling Stones

B: Bay City Rollers

BH: do you think there are differences between UFO Romantics and your previous albums ?

S: no no, same same (laughs)

HdT: Do you still record only with four tracks and a walkman ?

T: two tracks (laughs)

S: for Planet of the Wolves...

manager: there was 24 tracks but they used only 6. Enough. (laughs)

S: for Missile Me four track and walkman

SW: In your last album we can hear your voice more easily, why did you choose to put the voice on top ?

S: ahhhhhhhhhhh... (japanese)

manager : they never change style but the sound, our recording engineer change but they never change style, still more loud

SW: why don't you dress up as wolves onstage ?

S: uh?

B: aoooooooooooooooooooooooooo

S (pointing to his jacket): this wolf leather (laughs)

HdT: do you always record in Japan ?

S: yes, everytime

SW: are there other japanese bands that we should know ?

S: Teengenerate, great band

SW: is it like your music or is it different ?

S: aahhhh... rock 'n roll

BH: Do you want to say something special ?

B: we like french audience

BH: do you want to sing the Sophie Marceau song ?

B: dreaaaams are my reality...

(laughs)
